    Language learning to level B2

    You study German on a structured path aligned with everyday work in Germany and the demands of subsequent recognition.

    Job interviews

    From German level B1, we prepare you for applications and job interviews—and support you on site or online.

  3. Months 2–6

    Equivalence application (recognition)

    Preparation and submission of your application for recognition of foreign qualifications—including guided paperwork and timelines.

  4. Months 6–9

    Online integration courses

    Digital programmes on society, rights, and practical orientation ease the transition into day-to-day life in Germany.

    Occupational German

    Build role-specific conversational German for your profession and teamwork at the workplace.

  5. Travel to Germany

  6. Months 10–12

    Starting work

    Your start in Germany: onboarding, shifts, team structures and the day-to-day processes at your new workplace.

  7. Months 11–12

    Free course enrolment to finish recognition

    We register you for subsidised programmes that fulfil the formal requirements to complete recognition.

  8. Months 10–13

    Social integration formats

    Shared activities build connections beyond the workplace and deepen your local network.

  9. Months 14–18

    Receipt of your German professional certificate

    Once assessments are completed, your German professional licence is issued—documenting structured recognition across Germany.
